Refund Policy

SawaWiz offers a 30 day money back guarantee on SawaWiz subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at info@sawawiz.com and we will arrange it for you.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing section in your SawaWiz settings, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation and billing mechanics are also covered by the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.
