Terms and Conditions

SawaWiz is operated by SawaWiz ("we", "us", "SawaWiz"). By creating an account or continuing to use SawaWiz you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use SawaWiz on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

SawaWiz lets you write one post, target several social networks, schedule publication, generate caption and hashtag suggestions with AI, and review basic performance data. Features vary by plan.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate and current.

You must not misuse SawaWiz. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam, fraud, or deceptive content;
• publish content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, or scrape the service;
• resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent plan limits.

SawaWiz includes generative AI features. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of any output before publishing it, and for holding the rights to any content you submit. Output may be inaccurate and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You must not use the AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech, harassment, or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety controls.

You keep the rights you hold in your inputs, and as between you and us you own the outputs you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these rules are broken. Rights holders can raise a takedown request through our support contact; repeat infringement leads to termination.

We retain all rights in SawaWiz, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the service for you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our own refund commitment.

We work to keep SawaWiz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. Third party networks may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect publishing.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using SawaWiz at any time. On termination you may export your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SawaWiz is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
